Project Goal
Install and configure Dolibarr ERP/CRM for a business engaged in selling services and products. The system must support complex order assembly, collaboration with multiple suppliers, and partial deliveries to customers. It should also include the ability to issue advance and final invoices and operate on behalf of multiple companies.

1. Installation
• Install the latest stable version of Dolibarr on a hosting environment or VPS (please specify pricing if hosting assistance is needed).
• Set up SSL, email delivery, and backup functionality.
2. Core Modules
• Commercial proposals and customer orders
• Invoicing (advance and final invoices)
• Warehouse and inventory management
• Supplier management and purchase orders
• Projects and tasks (optional, depending on execution process integration)

3. Implementation Details
• Ability to assemble a single customer order from multiple products, including those from different suppliers.
• Support for partial deliveries — one order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments with different delivery dates.
• Automatic or manual generation of purchase orders for the required items.
• Flexible invoicing options:
• Advance invoices (prepayments)
• Final invoices (remaining balance)
• Ability to issue manually or based on templates
• Operation under multiple legal entities (e.g., “Company 1 LLC” and “Company 2 SIA”), each with its own invoice numbering, branding, and signatures.
4. Access and User Roles
• Role configuration: Administrator, Manager, Accountant
• Ability to grant limited access to external accountants (financial and reporting modules only)
