Finance ERP Implementation Consultant
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m rolling out a new ERP with the immediate focus on Finance & Accounting, and I need an implementation partner who can take me from requirements gathering straight through to a smooth go-live.
The core scope centres on three functions:
• Invoicing & billing that ties cleanly to our chart of accounts and customer master data
• Expense management with automated approval flows and policy controls
• Financial reporting that delivers real-time insights and audit-ready statements
Whether you prefer SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or another tier-one/two platform, the critical piece is your proven ability to configure these finance features, migrate historical data, integrate with upstream systems (banks, payroll, CRM), and train my team so they can run day-to-day operations without outside help.
Key deliverables
1. Signed-off functional design and configuration documents
2. Migrated opening balances plus three years of historical transactions, fully reconciled
3. Live system with automated invoicing, expense workflows, and management/ statutory reports
4. Knowledge-transfer sessions and crisp SOP documentation
Acceptance criteria: every transaction posted in the new ERP must match legacy totals to the cent, and month-end close must be demonstrably faster than today. If you’ve shepherded finance modules from sandbox to production before and can commit to that level of accuracy, let’s talk timelines and your suggested approach.
