Factory ERPNext Implementation
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
We are a 65-person manufacturing firm ready to move our operations onto ERPNext. The initial scope centres on the Inventory Management module and our core manufacturing workflows. Because we are coming from spreadsheets only, there is no legacy system to integrate, which should keep the roll-out straightforward.
I need a freelancer who can install the latest stable ERPNext and Frappe stack, carry out a clean configuration that follows best practice, and keep customisation to a minimum. Standard doctypes, fields and reports should cover us; any tweaks should stay within the built-in customisation tools so that future upgrades remain hassle-free.
Key deliverables
• Fresh ERPNext instance (cloud or on-prem, whichever you recommend) fully operational
• Inventory items, warehouses, BOMs and basic production routes imported from our provided CSV sheets
• User roles and permissions mapped for about 65 staff across shop-floor, stores and admin
• Brief online training session and hand-over documentation so our in-house IT can support day-to-day use
Acceptance criteria
• All sample transactions flow from material issue through finished-goods receipt without errors
• Stock and production reports match our validation data
• System passes upgrade test on a staging clone without breaking custom settings
If this matches your ERPNext experience, let us know your estimated timeline and any prerequisites we should prepare before kick-off.
