Experienced Odoo Consultant Needed for Business Fit Evaluation
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are a growing solar installation business with a streamlined process covering sales, planning, construction, invoicing, and more. To optimize operations, we are considering Odoo as an all-in-one solution. Before committing, we need an experienced Odoo consultant to evaluate its fit for our business needs.
This is a strategic "pre-implementation" project, focusing on analysis and planning, not technical implementation. We’re looking for an expert who understands Odoo and business processes, not just a developer for implementation.
Your Role:
• Understand our business needs (discussed in workshops) and thoroughly assess Odoo’s suitability for our process (independent work).
• Provide actionable, insights from the perspective of an experienced user on the degree to which Odoo can address our various requirements. Where applicable, this may include the set-up of proof-of-concept mockups for the demonstration of key workflow solutions.
• The final result should be in the form of an "implementation roadmap", broken down into transparent work packages which directly address the distinct use cases we have, including detailed resource cost estimates.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven expertise in Odoo and business workflow analysis.
• Experience with the solar industry is a plus.
• Excellent English communication (German is a bonus).
