My goal is to move our entire manufacturing workflow and wholesale sales operation onto a single, well-tuned ERPNext instance. Production planning, inventory management and quality control all need to live inside the system so that raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods are traceable in real time. On the commercial side, the focus is wholesale transactions, so the Buying & Selling module must streamline order management, keep vendor data clean and actionable, and surface clear sales analytics that decision-makers can trust.
I already run the business on spreadsheets and a patchwork of tools, so clean data migration, user-friendly dashboards and concise training materials are critical to a smooth go-live. Please keep the configuration as close to standard ERPNext as practical, but don’t hesitate to recommend proven apps or scripts if they simplify the process.
Deliverables that will mark the project complete:
- A cloud-hosted or on-prem ERPNext instance fully configured for production planning, inventory management and quality control
- Buying & Selling workflows tailored for wholesale, including order management, vendor management and sales analytics reports
- Imported master data (items, BOMs, suppliers, customers, price lists) validated for accuracy
- Step-by-step user guide and a brief remote training session covering daily operations, month-end and basic troubleshooting
- A short post-deployment support window to catch and fix any teething issues
If you have hands-on experience rolling out ERPNext in a manufacturing environment and can demonstrate previous wholesale-oriented deployments, your insight will be invaluable.
