ERPNext-WooCommerce Integration and Payment Gateway Setup

We are seeking an experienced developer or team to integrate our existing ERPNext instance with a WooCommerce online store. The goal is to create a seamless connection between WooCommerce and ERPNext to streamline ordering, order management, invoicing, inventory management, reporting, analysis, and partner commission handling.

Key Requirements:

WooCommerce to ERPNext Integration:

Synchronize orders placed on WooCommerce with ERPNext sales orders.

Update order statuses and payment information between both systems automatically.

Order Management:

Enable easy order tracking and management within ERPNext based on WooCommerce orders.

Automate invoice generation in ERPNext after order confirmation.

Inventory Management:

Synchronize inventory stock levels between ERPNext and WooCommerce in real-time or scheduled intervals.

Ensure accurate stock updates on WooCommerce to prevent overselling.

Reflect inventory changes in ERPNext based on WooCommerce sales and other transactions.

Data Sync & Automation:

Automatic data synchronization (orders, customers, payments, inventory) between WooCommerce and ERPNext in near real-time or scheduled intervals.

Technical Skills Required:

Proven experience with ERPNext and WooCommerce platforms.

Strong knowledge of ERPNext API and WooCommerce REST API.

Experience integrating third-party payment gateways, especially Pesapal or similar.

Ability to develop custom scripts, plugins, or middleware for integration.

Familiarity with partner/affiliate commission systems.

Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear documentation.
