ERPNext Setup for Garment Manufacturing
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I am rolling out ERPNext on Frappe Cloud for our garment factory in Tirupur and want the system configured one module at a time so every milestone is crystal-clear and paid the moment it is accepted. I already have detailed workflow ideas drawn from our floor processes; they cover planning, inventory moves, and sales fulfilment, yet each step still needs polishing and—most importantly—written documentation my team can follow without a resident developer.
Here is how I see the engagement:
• Discovery & Refinement
We will review my existing flow charts, identify gaps, and translate them into ERPNext terminology.
• Configuration & Customisation
You will set up forms, doctypes, naming series, and the role/permission tree so the screens feel purpose-built for sewing lines, cutting, and finishing. Any custom field or script must be future-proof and kept within Frappe best practice.
• User-friendly Documentation
Every change you make must be captured in step-by-step guides (Markdown or Google Docs) plus a short Loom-style video when the topic is complex.
• Acceptance Criteria
– Each configured module runs end-to-end with real sample data.
– All customisations pass a regression test after update-patch.
– Operators can complete the recorded video walk-through unassisted.
