ERPNext Setup & Zoho Migration
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m moving our business from Zoho Books to ERPNext and need an experienced hand to make the transition smooth and GST-compliant. The implementation must cover Inventory Management, Sales & Purchasing, and the full Accounting & Finance stack, with India-GST configured end-to-end—tax masters, HSN codes, returns, and the correct postings for CGST, SGST, IGST.
From Zoho I only need the Invoices and Billing history brought over. Every invoice, credit note, payment entry, and its attachments should land in ERPNext exactly as it sits in Zoho today, preserving numbering and date integrity so my auditors stay happy.
I’m fine with ERPNext’s standard reports and dashboards, so no custom scripting on that front; the focus is solid data migration, clean chart-of-accounts mapping, and validation after import.
Deliverables:
• Live ERPNext instance (self-hosted or Frappe Cloud, whichever we agree) with the three modules fully configured and GST ready.
• Migrated invoice/billing data, reconciled and spot-checked for accuracy.
• A short hand-over call plus written steps so my team can start using the system on day one.
If you have proven experience with ERPNext migrations and Indian GST, let’s talk timelines.
