ERPNext Setup & Training Guidance
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My ERPNext instance is already live on a VPS; now I need an expert to evaluate my retail-store requirements and coach me through the day-to-day use of the system. The catalogue is small—fewer than 100 items—yet I want solid foundations for inventory management, the full sales cycle, and clear financial reporting.
Your first task will be a quick diagnostic of the current configuration so you can point out any missing modules or settings. From there we will jump into a recorded Zoom session where you will share your screen and demonstrate, step by step, how to:
• enter and organise stock items, set minimum levels, and track real-time quantities
• setup print invoices
• move smoothly from sales order to delivery note to paid invoice
• create the right roles and permissions for my accountant without exposing sensitive data
• build and customise inventory, sales, and financial reports I can reuse every month
• apply best-practice tweaks—naming series, tax settings, print formats, alerts, or other small adjustments—that keep the system tidy and scalable
I learn fastest by doing, so expect plenty of questions while you work. When we wrap up, I would like a concise summary (screenshots or short screencast) so I can replicate every action on my own.
If we identify additional needs, I’m happy to schedule follow-up sessions, but the immediate target is one comprehensive, recorded walkthrough that leaves me confident running ERPNext for my store.
