ERPNext Multi-Company Roll-out
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am rolling out the Frappe-based ERPNext platform across four companies that collaborate extensively, sharing inventory, resources, and HR data while still requiring clean company-level reporting. The full project window is 6–8 weeks, so I need an experienced ERPNext professional who can take us from discovery to go-live on that timeline.
A detailed requirements document will be supplied, covering core modules such as Accounting, Inventory, and HR as well as a few company-specific workflows. From you I need:
• A milestone-based fixed quotation
• A week-by-week roadmap that fits the 6–8-week target
• Configuration of multi-company structures, inter-company transactions, and consolidated reporting
• Data migration, role & permission setup, system testing, and user training
• Knowledge-transfer sessions and short hyper-care support after launch
Acceptance criteria: each company can transact independently yet share resources; consolidated financials reconcile with legacy data; key users sign off after UAT; all roadmap tasks completed on schedule.
Our stack is ERPNext (latest stable) on Frappe, MariaDB, with Git for version control. If you have solid multi-company ERPNext experience and can start right away, please outline your approach and relevant references so we can get moving.
