ERPNext LLC Review & Reconciliation

I keep my single-member LLC books inside ERPNext and run fewer than 50 transactions a year, with total revenue comfortably under $100 K. I’d like a fresh set of accountant eyes to confirm everything still lines up.

The job is straightforward: scan the mixed sales and expense entries already posted, correct any mis-codings you spot, and reconcile the bank and card accounts so the trial balance agrees with my statements. I’m looking for a high-level overview rather than a granular audit, but the balances must close to the cent and any obvious issues need to be called out.

I’ll supply statement PDFs/CSVs and ERPNext access as soon as we agree on a start date.

Deliverables
• Updated ERPNext ledger with all 2016-2026 activity correctly classified
• Completed bank and credit-card reconciliations inside ERPNext
• Short summary memo noting adjustments and any red-flags or process improvements
