ERPNext Implementation for Valve Manufacturing Industry

Project Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERPNext consultant or implementation partner to deploy and customize ERPNext for a valve manufacturing company. The goal is to streamline operations, improve production planning, and integrate all business processes into a unified ERP system.
Scope of Work:
Full ERPNext setup and deployment (cloud or on-premise)
Business process analysis and requirement gathering
Customization for valve manufacturing workflows
Modules to be implemented:
Manufacturing (BOM, Work Orders, Routing)
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Procurement & Supplier Management
Sales & CRM
Quality Control
Accounting & Finance
Integration with existing systems (if any)
Data migration from current system (if applicable)
Custom reports and dashboards
User training and documentation
Post-implementation support
Key Requirements:
Proven experience with ERPNext implementations
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows (preferably engineering or valve industry)
Ability to customize ERPNext (Python, Frappe framework)
Good communication and documentation skills
Deliverables:
Fully functional ERPNext system tailored to business needs
Documentation and training materials
Ongoing support plan
Project Timeline:
