ERPNext Implementation for Hydraulic Business
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m rolling out ERPNext across a Small/mid-sized hydraulic equipment company and I need a techno-functional partner who can take charge of the full technical setup, from server provisioning through to go-live. The priority is to get a rock-solid environment in place on-premise so the team can access the system securely whether they’re on the shop floor or out in the field.
Core scope
• Install and configure ERPNext/Frappe on our local server, setting up automated backups and fail-over.
• Enable and fine-tune the following modules so they work seamlessly together: Sales, Inventory, CRM, Finance, Employee Management, plus role-based security.
• Migrate legacy data currently sitting in multiple spreadsheets and two small MySQL databases into clean, validated master tables.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and audit trails to satisfy our ISO procedures.
• Hand over clear technical documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session for our in-house IT lead.
Key acceptance criteria
– Environments must pass ERPNext’s built-in diagnostic tests with zero critical errors.
– All historical sales orders, inventory SKUs, customer records, chart of accounts, and employee files are migrated and reconciled.
– Users can log in with the correct permissions and run a test sales-to-invoice cycle without manual work-arounds.
If you’re fluent in ERPNext 5+, Frappe, Python, and bench commands—and you enjoy the mix of infrastructure work and functional tweaking—let’s connect.
