ERPNext Functional Consultant Needed

I'm seeking an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant to help configure, customize, and implement key modules (CRM, ERP, HR, Accounts).

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business processes and translate them into ERPNext workflows
- Configure and implement CRM (prioritized), HR, Accounting, and core ERP modules
- Sales tracking customization for CRM
- Migrate existing sales data into the system
- Customize forms, fields, and reports as per business requirements
- Provide training and support to end users
- Ensure smooth deployment and post-implementation support

Requirements:
- Proven experience with ERPNext functional implementation
- Strong understanding of business domains: CRM, Finance, HR, Operations
- Ability to write basic scripts or coordinate with developers for customization
- Good communication skills and ability to manage freelance timelines
