We’re a growing agency setting up ERPNext and need an experienced backend ERPNext / Frappe developer who can customize and build real solutions from day one. This is a full-time, fully remote role with flexible hours — but you must overlap at least 4 hours with EST timezone.
If you don’t have serious ERPNext + Frappe experience (especially in manufacturing modules) and the ability to pass a skills test, do not apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Customize and extend ERPNext/Frappe modules (manufacturing experience required)
- Build and maintain backend logic, DocTypes, workflows, and reports
- Integrate with third-party systems and REST APIs
- Optimize databases (MariaDB/MySQL) for speed and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and solve real business problems
- Work independently while collaborating with our small remote team
Requirements:
- Proven expertise with ERPNext & Frappe backend development
- Strong knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL optimization
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Must include your expected monthly full-time rate in your application
