Project Description:
We are electrical/contracting business in India and need an experienced ERPNext developer/consultant to implement and customize ERPNext. The goal is to have a fully functional ERP that includes billing, purchase, inventory, accounting, HRMS, GRN, and vendor portal, with Indian GST and labour law compliance.

Scope of Work:

System Setup & Configuration

Install latest ERPNext version (cloud/self-hosted)

Configure company details, GSTIN, financial year, currency, and document numbering

Set up user roles and permissions for admin, staff, and vendors

SSL and domain setup for web access

Core Modules

Billing & Quotation: Generate quotations, invoices, receipts, credit notes

Inventory & Material Tracking: Stock ledger, serial/batch tracking, reorder levels

Purchase & Vendor Management: Purchase Orders, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), vendor invoices, payment tracking

Accounting: Chart of Accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, GST reports, TDS reports

HRMS / Payroll: Employee master, attendance, leave, salary computation, payslips, PF, ESI, statutory compliance for India

Project / Job Tracking: Optional for electrical or maintenance projects

Vendor / Supplier Portal: Vendors can log in to check POs, submit invoices, track payments
