ERPNext Developer for Digital Transformation

We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer to support our digital transformation initiative at a manufacturing company based in Pune. The ideal candidate will work on-site at our Pune premises and collaborate closely with our internal team until the successful completion of the ERPNext implementation.

Location: Pune (On-site only)
Candidate Location: Preference given to applicants based in India

Key Responsibilities -

1)Develop and customize ERPNext modules for end-to-end implementation

2)Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs

3)Create and maintain DocTypes, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, and Print Formats

4)Conduct thorough testing and debugging of custom features

5)Provide technical support and user training across departments

6)Collaborate with business teams to understand and streamline workflows

7)Maintain clean, well-structured technical documentation

Ideal Skills & Experience

1)Proven experience in ERPNext and Frappe framework development

2)Familiarity with API integration and system interoperability

3)Strong technical documentation and communication skills

4)Background in manufacturing or exposure to shop floor processes is a plus
