ERPNEXT Payroll & Ghana Tax
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m midway through an ERPNEXT rollout and want the payroll module configured to match Ghana Revenue Authority rules. The task covers the full pay package: salary structure creation, all statutory deductions and allowances, plus configuring basic salary, bonuses and commissions as reusable components.
Tax calculations must follow the current Ghana tax slabs and automatically distinguish among permanent, contract and part-time staff so that PAYE, SSNIT and any other statutory charges post correctly to the ledgers and appear on payslips.
I will grant you system access to a clean ERPNEXT instance and share the latest tax tables. Once setup is complete I should be able to:
• Generate a compliant payslip for each employee category without manual edits
• Post payroll entries to the general ledger in one click
• Update future tax-slab changes via simple table edits
Please estimate the time you’ll need, outline your approach to validating the calculations, and tell me any information you require before we begin.
