ERP UAU Onboarding Training
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a hands-on consultant to run a short, focused training program on ERP UAU for several new hires who already have an intermediate grasp of the system. The main objective is to get them productive from day one, with special attention to every step of the Compras workflow—request, quotation, purchase order, receipt and invoice matching—so that purchasing tasks flow smoothly into our wider stock, finance and HR processes.
I will share live access to our UAU sandbox plus the current process map. What I expect from you is a well-structured set of remote sessions (video is fine), plenty of screen-sharing walk-throughs, and practice scenarios the team can complete on their own between meetings. By the end, participants should demonstrate they can configure suppliers, launch purchase requisitions, approve orders and reconcile with accounts payable without supervision.
Deliverables that will mark the job as finished:
• A concise training plan with timing and objectives for each session
• Slide deck or reference manual in PDF covering every Compras step inside ERP UAU
• Three interactive training sessions (recorded for future hires)
• A short practical assessment and answer key to confirm skill transfer
If you have prior experience implementing or training on UAU—or similar ERPs—please mention a relevant example so I can gauge fit quickly.
