PHP Developer Requirement (ERP System – 40% Work Pending)
Hello,
We are working on a Manufacturing ERP System in which approximately 60% of the work is already completed. We are now looking for an experienced PHP Developer who can complete the remaining 40% work.
Below are the complete project details in point-wise format:
1. Project Purpose (What the system will do)
• Only advance payment verified orders will be processed
• Orders will automatically move to QC / Purchase / Production
• Complete production workflow tracking
• System will calculate final costing automatically
2. Overall Workflow
• Order received
• Payment verified
• Stock checked
• If stock available → QC → Store in stock
• If not available → Purchase or Production
• Production complete → QC → Packaging → Dispatch
3. Order Management
• Show only advance verified orders
• Other orders should not be processed
4. Stock Validation
• Check stock availability for every order
• If available, send to QC
5. Purchase Flow
• Transfer to purchase department
• Assign vendor
• Input quantity and price
• QC check → Add to stock
6. Production Planning
• Input number of machines
• Define BOM (Bill of Material) per machine
• Calculate total material
Formula:
Total Material = Per Machine Qty × Number of Machines
7. Material Issue
• Check stock availability
• Issue material and tools
• Automatically deduct stock
8. Production Flow
• Issue material
• Assign manpower
• Start machine
• Track production process
9. Manpower Management
• Assign manpower based on skill
• Track working hours
Formula:
Manpower Cost = Hours × Rate
10. Production Tracking
• Track material consumption
• Track output
• Track scrap / loss
• Track machine runtime
11. Job Work (Vendor Work)
• Send material to vendor (if required)
• Receive processed material
• Calculate loss
Formula:
Loss = Sent – Received
12. Quality Check (QC)
• Reject → Rework
• Approve → Packaging
13. Packaging & Logistics
• Packaging
• Dispatch
• Delivery
14. Cost Calculation
Final Cost =
