We are seeking your assistance in providing and implementing an ERP solution for one of our client operations
with the following specifications:
1. Core Requirements
 Attendance Tracking: Employee login/logout time stamping.
 Live Activity Monitoring: Ability to track active/inactive status during working hours (9 PM – 5 AM IST,
Monday to Friday).
 Task Management: Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in real time.
 Communication Logs: Maintain records of client communications (email, calls, chat logs).
 Document Sharing & Storage: Secure space to upload and store client-related documents.
 Performance Reports: Weekly and monthly productivity summaries.
Additional Feature
 Dedicated Mobile SIM Integration: Track call logs from the SIM connection provided to the resource,
linked with ERP records.
3. Tracking Feature Requirement
We require a real-time tracking mechanism to confirm the resource is working during their login hours. This may
include:
 Random screen captures.
 Idle time detection.
 Automatic alerts when the system detects inactivity.
4. Deliverables Expected
 ERP setup as per requirements.
 Complete training for both the resource and the management team.
Post-implementation technical support.
5. Information Requested from You
Kindly read this carefully before applying
 The Estimated cost for the complete ERP setup is Rs 35000 if you work on Open Source Like Oddoo or Suite CRM or any. So do not apply if you have a bigger budget.
 I need the timeline to have the system fully operational.
 The ongoing monthly maintenance or subscription fees should not be Rs 1000.
The ERP solution should not be role specific.
