(ERP ODOO ) Business Analyst

To expand our team we are looking for An ODOO BUSINESS ANALYST.

POSITION DESCRIPTION


Act as a link between Business and IT: provide business priorities, challenge IT solutions, and follow-up implementation
- Manage client relationships while implementing Odoo SaaS solutions
- Analyze all aspects of clients' business operations to map their processes to Odoo's solutions
- Quantify the resources required for a task/project related to an Enterprise Resource Platform implementation
- Collaborate with Odoo's developers to execute clients' business requirements
- Collaborate with the clients' implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing and End User Training.
- Prepare & take the lead during workshops with the customers
- Analyse the customer's needs & requests and translate them into Business Blueprints
- Ensure that business processes are documented
- Quantify and negotiate the resources required
- Manage several projects with medium risks and resources requirements
- Follow and check the development (functional testing and presentation to the customer for validation)
- Act as business representative during the implementation of solutions to ensure business needs are met
- Optimize solutions related to specific project issues
- Provide Odoo functional training sessions to the end-users
- Define the scope of the testing & develop business test scenarios


MUST Have

- Masters Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems
- Passion for learning business processes (sales, accounting, supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing)
- Relational Database literacy
- 3+ years experience implementing software (ERPs )
- Experience in a SaaS company
