ERP Modules Implementation & Support

We are a well-established trading company in Dubai with five active divisions. Each division operates with its own sales and purchase flows, inventory management processes, and reporting needs. We are seeking an experienced ERP Expert to design, implement, and maintain a robust ERP solution tailored to our business model.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing workflows for all 5 divisions and recommend suitable ERP architecture.
Implement ERP modules covering sales, purchase, inventory, accounts, and reporting.
Ensure compatibility for consolidated financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) while maintaining division-wise reports.
Configure user roles, approvals, and access levels for smooth operations.
Train staff and ensure system adoption across divisions.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Requirements

Proven ERP implementation experience in trading companies.
Strong knowledge of inventory flows, multi-division accounting, and financial consolidation.
Hands-on expertise with leading ERP platforms (e.g., SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho ERP).
Ability to customize ERP to match business-specific requirements.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Preferred

Experience in the building materials trading industry.
Knowledge of UAE VAT compliance and reporting.
