Develop inventory system for our warehouse using ODOO

Job ID: 36598073

Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD

I am looking for an experienced developer to create an inventory system for our finished goods warehouse using ODOO. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing inventory systems and working with ODOO.

Product Type: Finished Goods

Integration: We require integration with google sheets and shipstation.com.

Number of Warehouses: We need this inventory system for one warehouse.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in developing inventory systems
- Proficiency in ODOO
- Experience with google sheets and shipstation.com integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills.

We need an inventory system created using Odoo. You should have knowledge of logistics and inventory systems.

1. All current and past information is stored on google sheets in terms of product data. You need to send our product data from google sheets to Odoo for accurate inventory. If a change to our inventory is made in google sheets (we make any update to a product count), It should reflect in Odoo inventory within a reasonable amount of time (1-4 hours).

2. Connect shipstation to Odoo for dispatch orders and on-hold orders. When we dispatch an order it should update the inventory in Odoo, and then this change should be reflected in google sheets within a reasonable amount of time (1-4 hours). Done via API.

3. When we process daily orders, we need Odoo to print a packing list - similar to the attached. There should be a way to print out all the daily orders and then mark them as "shipped" by entering the tracking number into Odoo which will then update on shipstation also.
*Please note: We use SKUs and FILL SKUs. The FILL SKU should be printed on the packing list. For example, the product SKU is BSBLA and FILL FULL is X6BSBLA (6 pcs of BSBLA). Shipstation has this prefilled, you just got to map it onto the packing list*

4. We have stock in pickfaces (on the floor, ready to dispatch) and stock reserved (spare stock). We need a way to have pickface and reserve stock talking to each other, so when reserve stock is used, it becomes updated and we know the reserve stock is now transferred to floor stock. This can be done via box numbers or internal barcode scanning. However, the master Inventory sheet mentioned in point 1 should keep the count of both reserve stock and pickface stock.

5. When picking the orders daily we require a barcode scanner to be used and incorporated into the above point to assure accuracy when picking products.

Located in Hornsby, this can be done online or in-person to get a feel for what we need to use ODOO for.
