Customization in POS Odoo Online Enterprise v16

Hello,
We are using Odoo Online Enterprise v16 and we want to do some modification on POS Module.
The Modification are:
1-Add the Warehouse Location details of the product in the Product info in POS.
Ex: Product A is Located in (A Warehouse) and the product is located in (H-1) Rack inside the Warehouse
So, in POS is showing only the Warehouse, but I want to show the Rack also of the product.
2-We want to add the Discount type (Fixed discount) Beside the Percentage that is built by default in Odoo.
3-Restrict out of stock products.
Ex: the product is out of stock we want to add warning or disable the sale of the product.
4-Link POS with Specific Analytical account
Ex: We Want to Connect a Specific POS with Specific Analytical account.
We want that in a custom module that will not be affected in future updates of Odoo.
Note: I want to check If we need Odoo.sh to import it or we can import it normally.
