Custom Modular ERP Development

I am launching a fully tailored ERP that must unite all the core functions of my business in one coherent platform. The solution has to cover stock-Achat-Vente-Logistique-Comptabilité-Finance-RH-Paie end-to-end, with each module working together seamlessly yet remaining independently maintainable.

Scope of functionality
• Gestion des stocks – real-time inventory levels, multi-warehouse transfers, lot/serial tracking and automatic replenishment rules.
• Gestion des ressources humaines – employee files, leave planning, recruitment pipeline, performance reviews as well as full payroll calculation.
• Gestion des finances – multi-currency accounting, budgeting, cost centres, VAT, payment reconciliation and statutory reports.
• Processus Achat et vente – RFQ to PO, SO to invoice, price lists, discounts, supplier/customer portals.
• Logistique et inventaire – receiving, picking, packing, shipment tracking, carrier integration.
• Paiement et comptabilité – automated journal entries from every transaction, bank import, ageing analysis.

Personalisation requirements
– Interface utilisateur: branded theme, configurable dashboards and role-based menus.
– Flux de travail: custom approval chains, automated alerts, SLA timers.
– Rapports et analyses: drag-and-drop report builder, KPI widgets, scheduled exports to Excel/PDF.

Deliverables
1. A modular ERP application (source code, database schema, Docker/K8s files or equivalent deployment scripts).
2. Administrator & user documentation in French.
3. Test environment with sample data and clear hand-over session.
4. Post-deployment support plan.

Acceptance criteria
• All listed modules and processes are accessible through a single sign-on and share one central data model.
• Each personalisation item is configurable from the front end, without code edits.
• Key workflows demonstrate end-to-end success: PO → receiving → invoice → payment; employee creation → payroll; sale → shipment → revenue recognition.
• Performance: <2 sec average response with 50 concurrent users.

Preferred stack is Odoo, ERPNext or a comparable open-source framework, but I am open if you justify another approach that meets the same flexibility. The code must be well documented, version-controlled (Git) and handed over under a licence that lets me modify it freely in the future.
