Custom ERP System for CNC Machine Shop

Dear Sir,

I am looking to develop a customized ERP system for my CNC fiber laser machine shop that can streamline both technical and commercial operations.

The system should include modules for:
• Client & Document Management – Store and organize all files, drawings, and documents per client.
• Workshop & Job Management – Track each cutting job from drawing approval to delivery.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management – Manage raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Expense Tracking & Costing – Record and analyze expenses related to jobs, operations, and overhead.
• Invoicing – Automatically generate invoices linked to each client’s jobs.

Key Feature Requirement:
When a client brings a cutting job, I want to open our standard AutoCAD template, input the client’s code or name, and after approving the drawing, the system should:
1. Automatically save the file into the client’s designated folder.
2. Record the job details and link them to the client profile.
3. Send the cutting work details directly to the invoice module.
4. Print the invoice with the drawing’s sketch (without dimensions) on the back.

The goal is to have an integrated solution that organizes operations, tracks expenses, and ensures all documents and drawings are stored systematically for each client.
