Custom Chemical Manufacturing ERP

I need you to build a full-featured ERP system that fits the day-to-day realities of our chemical manufacturing plant. The platform has to be web-based, modular and fully integrated so data moves cleanly from raw-material receipt right through to final batch release.
Deliverables
• Inventory Management – live stock levels, supplier records and order processing all in one place.
• Production Planning – Material Requirements Planning, capacity planning and detailed scheduling that update inventory automatically.
• Quality Control – batch-linked test results and release approvals accessible from the same dashboard.
I am open to a modern stack of your choice—Python/Django, Java Spring, .NET, Odoo or similar—as long as the code is well-documented, version-controlled and deploys to our on-premise server. A central database, responsive UI and RESTful APIs for future scanner or mobile integrations are mandatory.
Acceptance criteria: working prototype on our staging server, repo access with setup guide, and a brief video walk-through showing the three modules handling a complete production cycle. Weekly check-ins and incremental demos will keep us on track for a ten-week launch window.
