Crm odoo implementation

My company consists of 1-50 employees, and I am looking for an Odoo CRM implementation that will meet our needs. We need some customization, and I am looking for a solution that will help manage our sales operations. This project is to set up an Odoo system that will help streamline our processes and help us optimize our operations. Once the system is set up, it should also help us track our customer interactions, create reports, and enable us to run campaigns more efficiently. This will give us the scalability that we need, as well as the ability to assess our performance. We are looking for an experienced freelancer who has a handle on Odoo and the ability to customize it to our company's specific needs.
