Complete ERPNext Installation & Setup
Budget: ₹900 – ₹9,000 INR
I’m ready to roll out a fresh ERPNext instance and need someone who can take it from a clean server to a fully working system. The job starts with the actual installation of ERPNext (latest stable release) on a production-ready stack, then moves straight into configuring the key modules my team will rely on every day:
• Accounting
• HR & Payroll
• Inventory Management
• Project Management
• Sales
Because we’re starting from scratch, there’s no historical data to migrate—your focus is purely on getting the platform installed, fine-tuned, and tested so we can log in and begin entering live transactions.
Acceptance criteria
• ERPNext and Frappe correctly installed, secured, and accessible via our domain/SSL
• Each listed module enabled, company defaults set, and basic workflows confirmed working (chart of accounts, payroll period, item masters, project templates, sales cycle)
• Administrator and user roles/permissions configured to match those modules
• Brief hand-off document outlining server credentials, custom settings, and a quick-start guide for my staff
If you’re comfortable with ERPNext deployment, MariaDB, and typical Linux server hardening, this should be a straightforward engagement. I’m looking to get started as soon as you’re available.
