Build basic ERP using outsystems or similar
Budget: $30 – $60 NZD
I am exploring the option of building an ERP for our sheetmetal manufacturing company. It seems like there is no out of the box solution. I want to track our products from flat sheet to end product throughout the process.
- inside solidworks part or assembly assign material, work centers.
- import relevant data from solidworks, BOM and all other manufacturing info.
-create work orders for each part and process.
- create purchase orders where required.
- each item in assembly must be made or ordered.
- consume from inventory.
- workcenter imput to change status of work order, android based app to mark work order in progress or completed.
- labour data collection.
- QA data collection.
- packing slip creation.
I would like to have a basic system running in 4 months but an ongoing project to add functionality.
Anyone have the skills and interested?
