BeProduct Administrator & Developer

Position Summary:
Komar is seeking a skilled and proactive BeProduct Administrator & Developer to manage, configure, and enhance our BeProduct PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platform. This role is essential to enabling our design, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to operate efficiently and collaboratively through modern, digital tools.
The ideal candidate is both technically fluent and business-savvy—comfortable managing day-to-day administration while also building custom workflows, APIs, dashboards, and user experiences to streamline processes and ensure high system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration
• Serve as the primary administrator for BeProduct PLM, including user provisioning, access control, and workspace configuration.
• Maintain system integrity, data standards, metadata fields, and integration settings.
• Monitor performance and resolve system issues or bugs in coordination with vendor support.
Customization & Development
• Build and optimize custom forms, workflows, user views, and templates based on team requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise platforms (ERP, PIM, DAM, Adobe Illustrator plugin, etc.).
• Implement automation scripts, data validation rules, and AI-assist features where applicable.
Training & Support
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for business users across Design, Tech Design, Sourcing, and Merchandising.
• Document SOPs and best practices to improve user adoption and reduce friction.
• Act as a technical liaison between end-users, IT, and BeProduct's support team.
Analytics & Insights
• Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards to support product calendar visibility, time-to-market KPIs, and material tracking.
• Partner with Business Intelligence team to embed PLM data into broader reporting ecosystems.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Product Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing a PLM system (BeProduct strongly preferred; others like Centric, Bamboo Rose, or PTC considered).
• Experience with apparel product lifecycle and retail workflows is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
• Strong working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, cloud SaaS tools, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with BeProduct custom widgets, scripting, and plug-in architecture.
• Adobe CC integration and Figma/Illustrator plugin experience a plus.
