Basic ERP for Pest control managment company

We are in need of a small ERP solution for our pest control company.
Please only apply if you have done something similar and will be working on a long-term basis.
Our idea is to manage pest chemical inventory - low stock alert messages, manage invoices to track, customer schedules to be managed, quotes to be created. Permission based role for me and my staff.
Additionally, would also like to have an OTP based login for better security.
