Bakery Production ERP Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Description — ERP System for Bakery Production
I need an ERP system for a bakery to manage production and inventory control efficiently.
The system should allow for raw material (ingredient) stock entry and the creation of production orders. Each production order must automatically pull the product’s technical sheet (recipe) and deduct the corresponding ingredients from inventory.
Once production is completed, the system must record the total quantity of each product produced and add it to the finished goods inventory, which represents the stock available for resale.
The ERP should also generate detailed production reports, including:
Quantities produced (daily, weekly, monthly, and hourly)
Actual ingredient usage vs. expected usage
Averages for ingredient usage over daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly periods
These reports will help identify potential theft, waste, or discrepancies in the production process.
Additionally, the system must include a stock reconciliation feature for both ingredient inventory and finished goods inventory to verify if recorded quantities match the physical stock.
