All-in-One ERP, POS, E-commerce
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I am ready to overhaul the way my business runs by building a single, tightly-integrated environment that covers everything from back-office workflows to online sales.
My first milestone is a robust Backend Management (ERP) system. It must handle inventory in real time, tie every product movement to accurate financial accounting, and give me a clear picture of each customer through a built-in CRM. Staff management—including clock-in/clock-out attendance—needs to live in the same dashboard so HR data flows straight into payroll and reporting without manual imports.
Once the ERP core is stable, the next layer is an in-store POS that reads and writes to the same database. A sale at the counter should instantly update stock levels, customer history, and daily financials inside the ERP with zero lag.
On top of that, I want an Amazon-style e-commerce website and mobile app. Shoppers must see live stock, receive personalised offers drawn from the CRM, and check out through a modern payment gateway that also supports the POS terminals. One payment integration, one reconciliation point.
Key acceptance criteria
• Single source of truth: inventory, customers, accounts, and staff records stay in one consolidated database.
• Seamless data flow: POS and online orders post automatically to the ERP with no duplicate entry.
• Real-time dashboards: inventory valuation, sales, receivables, and staff attendance reports update immediately.
• Scalable stack: clean API layer so future modules—loyalty, multi-warehouse, etc.—can plug in without rework.
• Secure, responsive website and companion iOS/Android apps with the same features shoppers expect from leading marketplaces.
If you have a proven track record delivering unified ERP-POS-e-commerce solutions and can walk me through a realistic timeline, I’m eager to get started.
