Adding functionalities in Odoo 14

Hi everyone,
On behalf of one of my customers I would like to ask you about adding functionality to Planning and Project modules in odoo 14. So I am investigating the possibilities now. Could you check and advise if you are able to do the following:
Sprint planning, Backlog and Milestones setting
Assigning of tasks to multiple users
Plan in the planning module multiple tasks to the same employee in the same day and not getting the error that multiple shifts are created. Currently they use as a workaround creating multiple shifts instead in the same day which causes overlapping
Assign tasks to a parent milestone
Automatically assign numbers to tickets in each separate project
Notify the admin when a new ticket created
Notify admin when timesheet not filled
Notify employee when timesheet not filled daily
Track the progress on tasks in the planning module , when the effective time exceeds the planned time and when effective time is below the planned.
Generate reports based on custom rules and schedule the sending to a defined list of users
Additionally I have a question if there is a possibility to integrate GITLab with Odoo 14?
My customer has the current projects in GitLab stored and running tasks, comments etc. So what he'd like is to somehow integrate it with Odoo , he read about the possibilities to do so.
My question was whether you may check it out and see if that is possible.
Could you please let me know if the above is possible and how much time and resources we will need for this.
