Odoo Modules Development for a Constructions Company

We are seeking a Senior Odoo Developer to lead the development of two custom Odoo modules: Procurement and Resource Management, for a top Romanian construction client transitioning to digital to support sustainable growth. The project aims to improve real-time record-keeping, cost traceability, and monitoring capabilities for large-scale infrastructure and civil projects. Integration with Oracle Primavera and existing Odoo modules will be required for comprehensive project management and reporting.

Our client, a leading construction company with over 15 years in the industry, is focused on expanding into large infrastructure and industrial projects. Their goals include maintaining profit margins while scaling organically from 2023–2027. Current challenges include real-time cost control, precise project profitability assessments, and subcontractor performance monitoring.
Requirements for the Senior Odoo Developer:
1. Experience: 5+ years with Odoo development, including custom module creation.
2. Technical Skills:
• Strong Python skills with a focus on Odoo frameworks.
• Familiarity with Odoo 15 or newer.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera integration and Odoo-to-Odoo module integrations.
3. Project Management and Problem-Solving: Ability to address real-time cost tracking, quality control, and resource allocation issues.
4. Documentation and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in construction or project-based environments.
