ERPNext Consultant – Multi-Company Manufacturing Setup (Remote)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking an experienced ERPNext consultant to help configure ERPNext for three small artisanal manufacturing businesses operating under a shared management group in Mozambique. Each entity is already created in ERPNext, and we are looking to complete a full operational setup covering manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales, and accounting workflows.
You will work remotely with our team lead (English-speaking), and the role includes both configuration and training support.
Scope of Work:
A. Stock and Product Setup
* Import \~100 finished products and \~200 raw materials (with support from our team)
* Set up item groups, UOMs, and item variants (e.g. by size/volume)
B. Manufacturing Configuration
* Create \~50 BOMs (with support from our team)
* Configure Work Orders, batch production, and expiry tracking
C. Procurement and Sales
* Set up supplier master and configure purchase cycle
* Set up customer master and configure sales cycle
* Configure standard price lists (retail/wholesale)
D. Accounting & System Settings
* Review and adjust Chart of Accounts (already created)
* Finalize warehouse structure
* Configure tax settings, naming series, and document types
E. Training
* Train internal team leads on:
* Item and BOM management
* Manufacturing and stock flows
* Sales and purchasing workflows
* Basic accounting functions
F. Support
* Provide some hours of light support post-implementation
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience with ERPNext multi-company and manufacturing setups
* Strong skills in BOMs, inventory, production, and accounting
* Ability to work remotely and collaboratively
* English fluency required; Portuguese is a plus
* Bonus: Experience with social enterprises or artisan product workflows

* Project duration: 3-4 weeks, starting ASAP
