epub conversion

I am in need of an epub conversion expert to help convert my book content. The current format of the content is a Word Document (also have PDF) , but I am unsure of any specific formatting or layout that should be applied for the epub, so I am interested in advice and guidance from an expert (reflowable vs fixed). I can provide images (there are 37 workbook pages in image format) to be included in the epub as well.
