Experienced EPUB3 Designer / Formatter Needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience producing high-quality EPUB3 files that pass industry QA checks (EPUBCheck, ACE).
• Strong knowledge of fixed-layout and reflowable EPUB formats.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign export workflows and post-export cleanup (HTML/CSS tweaks).
• Ability to handle accessibility requirements (semantic tagging, alt text, proper navigation).
• Attention to detail to ensure formatting, images, and fonts render correctly across major e-reading platforms (Apple Books, Google Play, Kobo, Kindle via conversion).

Nice to have:
• Experience with educational or illustrated book formats.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance for EPUBs.
• Ability to advise on in-house workflow improvements.

Deliverables:
• Clean, fully functional EPUB3 file for distribution.
• QA report with testing across multiple platforms.
