EPIC EHR Clinical Documentation Integration
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking for an EPIC consultant or trainer who has access to a non-live (no PHI) TEST account on EPIC. We are a Health Risk Assessment (HRA) company and we want to visualize how specific components of our HRA would fit into a typical EPIC framework after an integration. This is a mock-up requirement only. We will give you specific sample data from ONE test/fake patient (Vitals, Meds, Patient reported problems, SDoH, ADLs, Depression PHQ-9, etc etc from our HRA and we want you to plug those data into EPIC in what you think is the most reasonable manner for a physician to review. Once you are done, we want screen shots of what you have done so we can see how our data is represented within the EPIC system. This is a one-time project and is expected to take 10 hours or less, we believe. However, after this project, we are hopeful to have several integration projects involving EPIC that may be suitable for your consulting services.
We are attaching a sample (fake patient, non-PHI) HRA report so you can see the various sub-sections we are interested in seeing within EPIC. Of course, the entire document as a .pdf will be uploaded to EPIC as well as the sub-sections.
