Open Positions:
Structural/Civil Engineer
Qualification: BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
Experience: 7+ years in structural design and civil works supervision
Key Role: Lead detailed engineering designs, BoQs, and site supervision.
Livestock Market Economist/Specialist
Qualification: BSc in Agricultural Economics, Livestock Science, or Agribusiness
Experience: 5+ years in livestock value chain analysis and market systems development
Key Role: Design market activation strategy and sustainability models.
Sociologist / Community Development Expert
Qualification: BA/BSc in Sociology, Community Development, or related social science
Experience: 5+ years in community mobilization, particularly with pastoralists
Key Role: Lead inclusive community consultations and stakeholder engagement.
Environmental & Social Safeguards Expert
Qualification: BSc in Environmental Science or related discipline
Experience: 5+ years in ESMP development and donor compliance monitoring
Key Role: Develop site-specific ESMPs and monitor safeguards during construction.
Quantity Surveyor
Qualification: Diploma or BSc in Quantity Surveying
Experience: 5+ years in BoQ preparation and cost verification
Key Role: Prepare detailed cost estimates and certify payment requests.
