I'm looking for a qualified science writer to develop engaging stories for a graphic novel-style non-fiction book aimed at readers aged 7-10.
Key Requirements:
- Topics: Earth and Environment
- Characters: Animal characters
- Language: Moderately complex, incorporating some scientific terms, but appropriate for the age level
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in astronomy and environmental science
- Experience writing for children
- Strong storytelling ability with a creative flair
- Ability to explain scientific concepts in an engaging manner with humour for the comic style graphic novel approach
We will start the series with a book on the solar system and another on planet earth
