I need a full, permit-ready septic system design for my 1 200 sq ft single-story house. The plans must satisfy every relevant state, city, and county code so that my application sails through the local health department without revisions. You will size the tank and field, select the most suitable configuration for the site, and document all calculations, materials, and construction notes in a format my contractor and the authorities can act on immediately. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or another industry-standard drafting tool is fine as long as the final set is precise and clearly annotated.
