Townhouse Septic and Site Design - 02639

Dennis Port, MA 02639 I need a civil engineer to design a site plan and septic system for a row of 7 townhouses. ASAP! Our site engineer has had us on hold for 6 months. We cannot wait any longer. Whatever engineer I can find who can produce what we need the fastest is hired! The project involves creating a Norweco (alternative, nitrogen, etc) septic system for the townhouses on a flat and open site. There are no existing utilities or structures to consider, making the site clear for development. There are 4 units already on the property. We are combining 2 lots side by side, one with (1) 2-family building and one with (2) 1-family buildings. The row of townhouses will be across the back of the combined properties. We need a site plan with setbacks identified, the septic plan, and parking. The townhouses themselves are meant to be 15' wide each and 35' deep. Each unit will be a split entry, with a front landing going up and down half a story to produce a full basement with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a 1st floor main living space with a kitchen, dining area, living room, powder room. A staircase will lead up to the attic master suite, with a small dormer on the front and back. Thinking a 10:12 pitch roof. Strongly considering using SIPS for the exterior structure and roof. We are builders (I have my CSL), and are pivoting our business model to build for ourselves. My partner has an engineering background, and we have easy access to a structural engineer and architect if that's helpful in any way.
