Residential Water Treatment Design

Job ID: 39952310

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m planning a new residential build and need an experienced environmental engineer to design a complete on-site water and wastewater treatment solution. The system must handle daily potable demand, greywater recycling where practical, and safe disposal of blackwater while meeting all local codes and sustainability guidelines.

Here’s what I expect:
• A capacity assessment based on two-bathroom, four-occupant usage assumptions (I’ll share the exact floor-plan and fixture list once we start).
• Preliminary and final layout drawings showing collection lines, treatment units, discharge or irrigation zones, and any rainwater catchment tie-ins.
• Hydraulic calculations, equipment specifications, and a bill of materials ready for supplier quotation.
• A short design report explaining treatment stages, expected effluent quality, maintenance requirements, and regulatory references.

I work mainly in AutoCAD and would prefer DWG files alongside PDF sets, but let me know if another format suits your workflow. Please include examples of past residential water or wastewater treatment projects in your proposal and the typical turnaround time you’d need for concept, revision, and final sign-off.
