Residential Water Resource Engineering BF study etc
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am moving ahead with a new residential development and want an environmental-focused civil engineer to handle all water-related aspects of the design. The core of the brief is water resource management: storm-water sizing and routing, detention/retention calculations, drainage layout, and, if suitable, grey-water reuse integration.
Site plans (DWG and PDF) and preliminary architectural drawings are ready; I now need hydraulic and hydrologic calculations, an easy-to-read report for local permitting, and CAD files that slot straight into the architect’s model. Experience with SWMM, HEC-HMS or comparable tools is ideal because the municipality asks for digital model files alongside the stamped report.
Deliverables
• Complete water balance and peak-flow calculations
• Storm-water management plan compliant with local codes
• Drainage network layout in CAD (DWG) plus PDF sheets
• Brief narrative report (ready for submission) outlining assumptions, methodology, results, and recommendations
I’ll supply contour data, rainfall-intensity curves, and utility maps on award. Let me know your methodology, expected turnaround, and any similar residential projects you’ve completed.
