Residential Grading & Stormwater Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing a new residential development and need a complete grading package that ties road profiles seamlessly into a stormwater grade plan. Detailed topographic survey files are already on hand, so you can plug straight into your preferred CAD environment.
Here’s what I need back from you:
• Finished roadway center-line and curb profiles showing cut-fill volumes and tie-ins to existing grades.
• A stormwater grade plan that includes drainage calculations, retention-pond sizing and placement, plus supporting water-flow modeling to confirm capacity under design storms.
• Source CAD (DWG or compatible) and clean, permit-ready PDF sheets.
All work should be based on the supplied survey and my site layout; coordination revisions are expected until the set is ready for local submission. If you’ve delivered similar residential subdivision packages before, I’d like to see a sample plan set or screenshots with your proposal.
