I’m preparing a new land development project in Benin and need an engineer or project manager to assemble critical pre-construction information before design work starts. The scope is as follows:
1. Utility Connections:
• Gather information on the procedures, costs and time lines to establish new connections for: drinking water, power, telecom, sanitary sewer and stormwater drainage,
2. Permitting overview:
• Identify every permit the project will require, outline the application process, typical timelines, costs and authorities involved.
3. Suppliers:
• Identify and collect contact information for the suppliers of: solar panels, PV batteries, water tanks, generators, LNG gas and security services.
