RV Park Civil Design Plans

Job ID: 40253071

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m developing a new RV park in South Carolina and need a licensed civil engineer to turn my rough concept sketches into permit-ready plans. Your primary focus will be threefold: refining the overall site layout, engineering all utility connections, and completing a compliant stormwater-management strategy that satisfies state and county review.

Key elements the park must include are modern restrooms with showers and a pleasant recreational area, so the layout has to weave these structures logically among the RV pads while respecting circulation, setbacks, and ADA access. I already have a basic, undetailed site sketch you can build on; it shows approximate boundaries and the general location of pads, but it needs professional grading, utility routing, and hydrology work.

Deliverables
• Full civil plan set (PDF) and editable CAD files (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred)
• Grading and drainage plan with supporting stormwater calculations and detention details
• Water, sewer, and electrical distribution plans sized for typical Class A RV demand
• Construction notes, specifications, and any details needed for county submission

I’ll handle architectural work for the restroom building itself; you just need to carry stubs and coordinate clearances. Please outline your timeline, previous RV or campground experience, and the software you use for design and modeling when you reply.
